Alana Falco-Kiriakidis, PT, DPT, PRPC

Hello! My name is Dr. Alana Falco-Kiriakidis. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health, a classically trained Pilates instructor and founder of True Form Pelvic Health & Pilates.

After battling chronic pelvic pain myself, I quickly found my passion for pelvic health within the physical therapy world. From first hand experience I know how frustrating it can feel when your body seems to be working against you and how overwhelming and isolating it can be to search for resources to improve your quality of life. In the midst of seeking answers for my own health, I found my purpose and place in health care. It is my goal to help other women find the true cause of their symptoms and heal those symptoms long term.

My mission with True Form is to help women feel confident, strong, and find solutions that not only manage their symptoms, but help them heal from their symptoms. Whether you wish to address pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, leakage, prolapse, constipation or anything related to your pregnancy journey (safe exercise plans, labor and delivery guidance, postpartum recovery, and more) I am here to help!

Say goodbye to driving to the clinic, needing childcare just to make it to your PT appointments, rearranging your work schedule, sorting through the endless array of information related to pelvic health without guidance and the same home exercise program for weeks at a time. We will work together to establish a personalized plan from the comfort of your own home that allows you to feel supported, strong, and the absolute best version of yourself because you deserve much more than to “just deal with it”.
