No need to find childcare or needing to squeeze in yet another appointment that requires a commute time…just real support that meets you where you are. The best part is my online clients typically find relief at a faster pace than my in-person clients.
Why is this you may ask? The answer is that they are in the driver’s seat regarding their own healing. It is no longer about showing up to a location and hoping that someone can “fix you”. Your rehab journey instead becomes about what makes you feel confident and what makes your body move synchronously.

Movement Screening
A 1:1 full body movement screening with a doctor of physical therapy and pelvic health specialist. This screening will allow us to analyze how you move and get to the root cause of your ongoing symptoms and establish an initial plan of care.

1:1 Check-Ins
Throughout your program, we will have check-ins to re-assess your movement, progress/update your program and educate you on daily techniques and lifestyle factors that optimize your pelvic health. Plus, you will have 24/7 in-app access to Dr. Alana for continuous support!

Guided In-App Pilates-Inspired Workouts
Follow along with easy step-by-step exercise videos that include proper cuing throughout so that you can get the most value and effect out of your workouts to ensure proper progression through your program.

The road to a healthier pelvic floor is not only about your muscles but also about your mindset and lifestyle. We will discuss how to incorporate nervous system suppression, enhance hydration, improve sleep hygiene and more to address the root cause of your ongoing symptoms and optimize your results.

Absolutely not! Everyone has a pelvic floor and this muscle group works to support our daily activities regardless of if you are pregnant, postpartum, or neither.

Pelvic health is my speciality. I also have a background in treating orthopedics (i.e. shoulders, knees, ankles, etc.). This foundation allows me to treat with a holistic approach with the pelvic floor as the epicenter. In order to achieve success with improving your pelvic health function your body needs to be treated as a whole.

Anytime! Whether you have been struggling with symptoms for 3 weeks, 3 months or 3+ years, it is never too early or too late to begin your pelvic health PT journey.
If you are pregnant starting PT proactively/preventatively even before onset of any potential bothersome symptoms is even better!

True Form Pelvic Health & Pilates is an out-of-network provider therefore I do not take insurance. If your HSA/FSA plan covers wellness services you may be able to receive reimbursement through them.
I commonly inform my clients that when using insurance you will be paying co-pays which can range on average from $10-$125 per session for pelvic health PT services. If you are going to 1-2 sessions (30 -45 minutes) per week those copayments add up quickly! I would love to be able to provide you with 1:1 individualized care without the limitations that insurance would place on us.

It depends! Everyone has different needs when it comes to their care plan and I will always have various options dependent upon what suits you and your needs.
