For those that benefit from a more hands-on approach, hybrid care options that combine virtual care alongside in-clinic treatment are also offered for individuals that live locally to True Form’s clinic space.

  • Initial Evaluation/Movement Screening

    A 1:1 full body movement screening with a doctor of physical therapy and pelvic health specialist. This screening will allow us to analyze how you move and get to the root cause of your ongoing symptoms and establish an initial plan of care.

  • 1:1 Check-Ins

    Throughout your program, we will have check-ins to re-assess your movement, progress/update your program and educate you on daily techniques and lifestyle factors that optimize your pelvic health. Plus, you will have 24/7 in-app access to Dr. Alana for continuous support!

  • Guided In-App Pilates-Inspired Workouts

    Follow along with easy step-by-step exercise videos that include proper cuing throughout so that you can get the most value and effect out of your workouts to ensure proper progression through your program.

  • Holistic Approach

    The road to a healthier pelvic floor is not only about your muscles but also about your mindset and lifestyle. We will discuss how to incorporate nervous system suppression, enhance hydration, improve sleep hygiene and more to address the root cause of your ongoing symptoms and optimize your results.
