Bump to Birth is a comprehensive pregnancy program designed to help you navigate the physical changes of pregnancy with confidence. Through pelvic health education, targeted exercise, breathing strategies, and birth preparation, you'll learn how to support your core and pelvic floor, manage common pregnancy symptoms, and prepare your body for labor, delivery, and recovery.

Though a session framework is curated for this program, all sessions can be booked when you need them. At True Form we understand that pregnancy can be difficult and unpredictable. This program is designed with the intention of working with you and your body’s needs.

Session Framework

Session 1: Initial Assessment & Foundation

  • Full subjective history

Session 2: Core & Pelvic Floor Connection

Focus: Building a strong foundation.

Session 3: Strength for Pregnancy

  • Progressive strengthening

  • Glute and hip training

  • Lifting mechanics

Focus: Staying strong and active safely.

Session 4: Symptom Management

Individualized based on YOUR needs which may include:

  • Pelvic girdle pain

  • SI joint pain

  • Low back pain

  • Round ligament pain

  • Urinary leakage

  • Constipation

  • Pelvic pressure

Focus: Addressing issues before they become bigger problems.

Session 5: Mid-Point Check-In

  • Reassessment

  • Pelvic floor reassessment

  • Exercise progression

  • Discuss upcoming second/third-trimester changes

Focus: Adapting as the body changes.

Session 6: Birth Preparation Foundations

  • Birth positions

  • Pelvic mobility

  • Breathing techniques

  • Relaxation strategies

  • Understanding pelvic floor lengthening

Focus: Preparing the body for labor.

Session 7: Third Trimester Movement Strategy

  • Walking program

  • Mobility

  • Comfort measures

  • Sleep and positioning recommendations

  • Movement modifications

Focus: Remaining active while minimizing discomfort.

Session 8: Labor & Delivery Prep Session

This is your signature visit.

Includes:

  • Stages of labor

  • Pushing mechanics

  • Open vs closed glottis pushing

  • Partner support techniques

  • Labor positions

  • Perineal massage education

  • Pelvic floor relaxation training

  • Hospital bag recommendations

  • Questions for providers

This session is extended to a 75-90 minute session and allows your partner/support system to attend should you so choose.

Session 9: Final Birth Readiness Assessment

  • Pelvic floor reassessment (if appropriate)

  • Mobility assessment

  • Review labor plan

  • Comfort measures

  • Practice labor positions

Focus: Confidence before delivery.

Session 10: Final Q&A & Fourth Trimester Planning

  • Immediate postpartum expectations
